The European Graduate Program is a perfect career opportunity for you who got the right entrepreneurial spirit and will graduate soon or have worked a maximum of 2 years since graduation. We think your academic background is a master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Two intro weeks in lund

Together with all new trainees from our different offices, you will get two weeks of intense training in Lund. Prepare for a few late pizza case nights, as well as lots of social activities to help you bond with other trainees and senior colleagues alike. All trainee sessions and materials are in English as it’s our corporate language.

What happens after the two introduction weeks?

After heading back to your local office, you will continue having remote training sessions with the other trainees with different intensity throughout the trainee year. Combined with theoretical training, you will start working on projects as well as tagging along with senior colleagues. We are convinced that learning by doing is the most effective method, and thereby you will quickly get your own responsibilities, with loads of support.

We start by reviewing your application (CV and motivational letter). Hopefully, you meet the formal requirements of the position you have applied for and you will get invited to speed date. This way of recruiting gives us a chance to meet lots of wonderful people and characters. The following steps are a case – a case presentation – an in-depth interview – a reference check – and a final interview with our CEO. They are based on which role you have applied for and give us both an idea of whether Lime and the position is the right fit for you.

At Lime, you find a listed company with 9 offices in 6 countries. Founded in 1990 we have been growing by approximately 20 % per year since 2000 – a pace we intend to keep. In 2020 we opened our first non-Nordic office in The Netherlands. Since then, we have entered Germany, and are continuously working on further expansion and acquisition strategies. But those are just facts and figures. The truly great thing about Lime is the people working here.
