Operations Development Program

We are looking for talent for The Operations Development Program at Geberit, European market leader for sanitary products. Geberit’s ”Operations Development Program” develops you as an individual in leadership through exciting projects and contributes step by step to your personal development. Grow with us at Geberit in the ceramic sanitary ware production market.

Take part in our value-based knowledge in efficiency, Lean and process-oriented environment in production for four years in Europe and then return to our production facility in north-eastern Scania, Sweden in a leading position and develop both yourself and together with us.

Your employment at Geberit begins with a three-month introduction program in our Swedish production organization at our facility in Bromölla, Scania. During this time, you will get insights in our culture, philosophy, systems, and our processes.

After your local introduction in Sweden, you will contribute to our development on European level for a total period of four years (two plus two), which starts at one of our European production facilities for two years. You will lead projects with close support from experienced specialists and managers. You will be able to influence through the responsibilities and projects you are assigned to in the program.

In years three and four of the program, you will get to serve at another production facility in Europe. You will then work with challenging projects and receive individual training in your leadership both through internal leadership programs at an international level.

After completing the program, you will continue your service, in a leading position, to develop our production in north-eastern Scania, Sweden.
