Starting your career at Swedbank Analyst Development Program offers an excellent opportunity to gain insights in core banking functions such as Risk Management, Investor Relations, Business Steering, and the Business side. Joining our program means that you will rotate between various units within the bank, gaining invaluable experience from different perspectives that will enhance your professional growth, spanning 10 months. The trainee program is designed for junior candidates with a strong academic background and limited work experience.

We are offering 9 exclusive positions for the 2025/2026 set-up and the program is based in Stockholm at Swedbank HQ, starting September 2025.
