Taste The Future - Mondelēz Graduate Program

Our two-year Graduate Program, starting in August 2026, allows you to rotate between two functions: Marketing and Sales to build a strong foundation and understand our entire business. You will spend approximately a year in each function. You are given a real role from day one and develop through practical experience, responsibility, and everyday learning.

The position is based at our office in Upplands Väsby, just north of Stockholm.

We believe you have:

• a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering and Management, or an equivalent field.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
