Zurich Nordic Trainee Program

This 18-month development program provides you with the opportunity to experience all the exciting aspects that an international  insurer has to offer, including diverse and international teams and global networking.

The Program is designed to give you the possibility to explore different functions within an international insurance company while helping you grow. It aims to give you a strong foundation of workplace knowledge, skills and training to start your career.

As a trainee, you will experience the breadth and depth of our business in a supportive environment. From day one, you will take on responsibilities and get numerous learning opportunities. We aim to provide talented and highly motivated candidates an opportunity to develop into insurance professionals and potential future leaders within the Zurich organization.

During the program, you will rotate between different functions such as Underwriting and Claims. You will also have the opportunity to visit and work in other countries.  Throughout the 18-month program, you will have a home function, and upon completing the traineeship, you will be assigned to a specific function that we agree upon.
